Core Support (reading, English, general math, science, history) is $30/hour. Advanced subjects (Algebra 2, Geometry, Trig, Pre-Calc, Chemistry, Physics) are $40/hour. AP/Honors courses are $45/hour. Compare that to Sylvan ($40-100/hr) or private tutors ($50-100/hr) — as a nonprofit, we keep prices accessible for all families.
We serve students in grades 7 through 12. Subjects include Math (Pre-Algebra through AP Calculus), Reading, English, Science (General Science through AP Physics and AP Chemistry), History (US, World, AP History, AP Government), and general study skills and homework help.
Yes! Our tutors have successfully passed the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) tests themselves. We provide targeted SOL prep in Math, Reading, Science, and History to help your student feel confident and prepared on test day.
Tuesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Sessions are held at 10490 Bristow Center Dr, Bristow, VA 20136.
